We will gladly return or exchange unused items within 30 days with the original receipt. We offer refunds and exchanges on unused tea accessories, and in-store exchange or store credit on unused loose leaf tea and accesories. We do not currently offer online returns on loose leaf tea and accesories. All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase. Returns with a gift receipt are eligible for exchange or store credit only. All gift cards and sale items are final sale.
