The total amount of tea brewed will depend on your flavour preference, how long you allow the tea to brew, and the cup size.
Packaged in resealable bags. Store tightly sealed in a dark, cool, dry place for up to 9 months for maximum freshness.
To brew, add 1-2 tsp of this tea in a strainer or loose in your cup with 6-8oz boiling water for 5-10 minutes or to your preference. For maximum benefits add 1-2 tablespoons with 1L boiling water and let steep 4-8 hours.
