The total amount of tea brewed will depend on your flavour preference, how long you allow the tea to brew, and the cup size.
Packaged in resealable bags. Store tightly sealed in a dark, cool, dry place for up to 9 months for maximum freshness.
To brew, add 1-2 tsp of this tea in a strainer or loose in your cup with 6-8oz boiling water for 10-30 minutes or to your preference. For more beneficial results brew 1-2 Tablespoons of tea in 1 Litre boiling water for 8-12 hours and sip on throughout the day.
