Join us for our herbal face steam workshop! In this fun and creative session, we'll be learning about the benefits of various plants and herbs, and how they can be used in herbal face steams to promote healthy, glowing skin, help to clear sinus and lung congestion, and calm anxiety.

To start, we'll explore the different plants and herbs we'll be using in our face steams. We'll talk about their unique properties and the benefits they offer to our skin, lungs, and sinuses such as hydration, detoxification, and reducing inflammation. We'll also discuss how certain aromatic plants help to calm the mind and reduce the symptoms of anxiety.

Once we've learned about the different herbs and their benefits, it's time to get hands-on! We'll provide each participant with a selection of herbs and essential oils, along with a large bowl and towel for creating their own face steam.
