This workshop on creating bath salts and bath teas will focus on learning the benefits of different herbs for skin and overall wellbeing is a hands-on and interactive experience that combines education with creativity.

We will begin with an introduction to the various herbs commonly used in bath products and their unique benefits. This includes herbs such as lavender, chamomile, rose, peppermint, eucalyptus, and calendula, among others. Participants will learn about the properties of each herb, including their skin-soothing and therapeutic properties, as well as their aromatherapy benefits.

After the introduction to herbs, we will move on to the practical component of creating bath salts and teas. Participants will be provided with a selection of herbs, as well as other ingredients such as Epsom salts, sea salt, sodium bicarbonate, oats and milk powder. Melissa will then guide everyone through the process of blending their own custom bath products, selecting herbs based on their desired benefits and personal preferences.

Throughout the workshop, participants have the opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance on creating their products. They will also learn about the different ways to incorporate bath salts and teas into their self-care routine, as well as tips on storing and using their products safely and effectively.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have created their own customized bath salts and teas, as well as gained a deeper understanding of the benefits of herbs for skin and overall wellbeing.
